Miami style..

Like it is for so many others, traveling is just good for my soul…among other things.  Each place has its own vibe…smell, look, energy…personality.  I like to get as close to ‘local’ flavor as possible..to really see and feel the location I am visiting.

Recently we had a family vacation for a ‘big’ birthday..and one of our stop offs was Miami.  I have been to the city before and I am always taken by the vibrancy and flavor.  There are the all time fav’s of the iconic architecture, music and food, gorgeous beaches…and of course the people.  They take swimwear to a whole new level…its all about a show.  The beautiful suits, kimonos, covers, hats, glasses…all leaning towards a chicness (Versace nods)…and put together look.

Architecture is always on my radar and never disappoints…even things as pedestrian as parking garages and sidewalks (pink!) have a thought out execution.  Although a short stop (steamy and a little sea-weedy)… beautiful ‘Miami’ always packs a punch!
